Chop Shop Horror
Well, I downloaded Left 4 Dead 2 Demo after hearing Christian rave about it and we played for a while. First impression wise...it's almost like the 1st game. The controls are familiar and it's more and more zombies. The differences will be that the graphics are much better than the 1st and you can't melee as much as you want. New special zombies like the Charger, the Spitter and the Jockey. And as Value promises...the melee weapons. Chris and me aimed for the frying pan all the while. It's indeed fun hearing the sound of metal wacking the poor heads of the undead. Then, I found my favourite weapon. A parang. Which decapitates a zombie in one swing. And I came into a weird scene with a Witch.
Chris told me he heard a Witch but I couldn't see her. Then after clearing a horde of zombies, I saw the Witch walking on my character's left. She wasn't aggroed by my presence and she looked as if she was dying. I aimed at her head and blasted a shot. I was using a Combat Shotgun so I believe I did a single shot kill? Well, I didn't see an achievement but I have to say the Combat Shotgun is very powerful. Then we came to a zone where we have to switch off an alarm to end the endless hordes of zombies coming our way. Chris's game froze leaving me to fend against the endless hordes. I ended up using the parang and slashed as much zombies as possible. A
HUGE pile of bodies and limbs surrounded me. Welcome to the chop shop! LOL!
To end this, it seems like this game will be quite fun to play with although the similarities with the 1st game. But I definitely will play it to see the gore just like Chris was saying the game is gross but awesome. LOL!
